      <title>Spacecraft Operations Engineer (Data Handling Subsystems) Sentinel-3</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;My client, an established provider of software in both the UK &amp; Germany to the Defence and Space industries is looking to recruit a Spacecraft Operations Engineer for their base in Darmstadt, Germany.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tasks:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This Spacecraft Operations Engineering position will be initially assigned to the Sentinel-3 mission during the preparation phase, and required to support the SOM during the pre-launch operations preparation, validation and the Launch and Operations phases of the assigned mission with:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;"	SVT preparation,
"	Mission Control System Validation,
"	Mission Planning System and interfaces validation
"	Simulator Validation,
"	Training and Simulations,
"	Operations Preparation
"	LEOP &amp; Commissioning Preparation,
"	Conduct satellite operations on-line and off-line,
"	Support to the Sentinel Projects during the satellite design phase
More specifically, the functions to be primarily covered are:
On the satellite side:
"	Data Handling, on-board software and OBSM systems operations engineer 
"	Be the backup engineer of another satellite subsystem (which one will depend on the person's qualification and experience). 
On the ground segment side:
"	Provide assistance to the SOMs initially for the requirements definition and later for the design and implementation of the Flight Operations Segment.
"	Monitoring the implementation, validating and being the focal point within the Sentinels Flight Control Team for the Mission Control System, in particular for what concerns the Operational Database Editor and the PUS tailoring.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;L3 Stratis is looking for Graphics Software and Video Simulation Engineers to support development of the Constellation Training Facility (CxTF) at the NASA / Johnson Space Center (JSC). The CxTF is the high-fidelity simulation and astronaut training facility used to model the Constellation Program space vehicles, e.g., Crew Exploration Vehicle and Lunar Lander, that will take the U.S. back to the Moon and on to Mars. This facility will be used to train NASA's next generation of astronauts and flight controllers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This work involves graphics software development, Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) Vision Processing Unit (VPU) modeling and simulation, H.264 video coding standards, and integration on Linux PC platforms using the Trick© Simulation Environment Toolkit. Individual will develop large scale, high-fidelity simulation components for NASA's end-to-end CxTF.&lt;/p&gt;
