SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS:

·Prepare and maintain declared materials and process lists. ·Coordinate and support daily M&P activities in a production environment. ·Coordinate the qualifications and approval of non-standard materials, and processes. ·Coordinate and conduct failure analyses utilizing destructive and non-destructive techniques. ·Prepare qualification test plans and reports for new materials and processes. ·Prepare specifications for procurement of materials. ·Prepare procedures for new processes. ·Evaluate and audit potential suppliers of materials and equipment, and coordinate subcontract M&P support.

Requirements

CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelors Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Science Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

·Requires 5 to 10 years experience

·Eligible for PEO registration.

Additional Information

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·Experience with multilayer PCBs, and hybrid microelectronic devices, SMT soldering, and adhesive bonding technology.
